.We are proud orchardists practicing 100% natural farming in Himachal Pradesh. Our Delicious and Gala apples are chemical-free, handpicked at peak ripeness, and packed with natural goodness. The red delicious became America’s most cultivated apple from the late 1960s until about 2018, before being overtaken by Gala.
Red Delicious Apple
In Himachal Pradesh, 'Delicious' apples are among the most well-known and widely cultivated varieties. These are primarily of the Red Delicious group, but there are several specific varieties grown in the region.

Gala Dark Baron
Discovered as an Italian bud mutation of Royal Gala. Typically medium-sized and spherical with exceptionally deep red-purple skin. Early ripening, typically maturing in early August.It is crisp, juicy, yellow flesh with caramel notes.
Gala Apple
Here’s a look at the classic Gala apple—recognizable by its yellow-orange background with vertical red stripes, crisp flesh, and sweet aroma.

Gala Schneko
Medium-sized, squat conical shape; mostly dark red covering with remaining Gala-style stripes and develops late in the season; ideal harvest time is end of August. It has a smooth, slightly waxy, deep glossy red color skin.Moderate sweetness and low acidity.
Red Chief Apple
Large, elongated–conical or bell‑shaped apples, deeply and uniformly red, often with a glossy, waxy finish. Red Chief is a popular clone of the classic Red Delicious
